Movement Coaching

One-on-one fitness coaching allows you to explore your relationship with movement in a safe and supportive space. Sessions are fully tailored to your wants and needs and can include yoga, strength training, and experimenting with different forms of movement to discover what you enjoy and how you can build sustainable and joyful routines around movement that support and enhance your physical and mental wellbeing.

Eating Disorder Recovery Coaching

Eating disorder recovery coaching fills in the gaps of eating disorder treatment. Think of me as your ED recovery bestie. I provide compassionate peer support based on my lived experience with anorexia and orthorexia as well as current evidence-based best practices. I can help you through the sticky moments of recovery and help you create a full, joyful, recovered life for yourself. Recovery coaching can take place virtually, in-person, in-home, or in the world! If I have to travel more than 30 minutes, I will need to be payed for my travel time. Examples of ways I can support you include:

  • Meal or snack support (30-60 min)

  • Grocery shopping (90 min)

  • Meal Preparation (1-2 hours)

  • Clothes shopping (2 hours)

  • Closet clean out - getting rid of clothes that don’t fit (1-2 hours)

  • Eating out at a restaurant (1-2 hours)

  • Planning and implementing coping skills to navigate urges (30-60 min)

**I require all recovery coaching clients to be actively receiving outpatient treatment for their eating disorder from either a therapist or dietician (ideally both 😊). If you don’t currently have one of these providers I know some great ones I can get you connected with!
